Services

Village Chimney Services, Inc. provides chimney sweeping, chimney repair, fireplace sales, fireplace insert installation, gas log installation, hearth accessories, outdoor fireplace and fire feature installation, and related home services throughout Solano County, Napa County, and parts of Sonoma County, California. All services are subject to scheduling availability and the terms of the individual service agreement provided at the time of work.

Service Quotes and Pricing

Any quotes or pricing information provided through this website, the Travis Industries FireBuilder tool, or by text message are estimates only. Final pricing will be determined after an in-home consultation or direct communication with our team and may vary based on site conditions, materials, and permitting requirements.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed by phone, email, or text message. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the slot to other customers. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee being applied to future bookings.

SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

Program description. Village Chimney Services, Inc. (also known as Village Sweep and Village Hearth & Home) operates a customer care SMS text messaging program. Enrollment is strictly opt-in. If you check the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at villagechimneyfairfield.com/contact or on our seasonal offer popup and submit the form, you consent to receive automated text messages from us related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, service updates, appointment reminders, and follow-up. Messages are transactional in nature and are not marketing or promotional.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on the status of your service inquiry. You should expect only messages directly related to your interaction with our business.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you separately for messages sent through this program.

Opt-out (STOP). You can opt out of receiving further text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt back in.

Help (HELP). You can reply HELP to any message to receive support information, or contact us directly at (707) 429-0777 or villagechimney@aol.com.

Supported carriers. Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Metro PCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program.
